We focus on promoting independence and wellbeing, underpinning our approach with detailed assessments, minimum 2 hour visit times, regular reviews and a commitment to working in partnership with our clients. We really do know our clients.
All of our staff have experience of working with older individuals. They have the training and the skills required to deliver a bespoke, client centered service with kindness, compassion and empathy.
For our clients with a diagnosis of dementia we can provide companions specifically trained to work with the person to help them maintain their optimum level of physical, mental, social and emotional wellbeing.
For clients with a diagnosis of dementia we are able to offer a more specialist companion service tailored to assisting the client to maintain the optimum level of physical, mental, social and emotional wellbeing.
Our visits to our clients with dementia can also provide a period of respite and support for their carer. An opportunity for a carer to have some much needed time for themselves; a chance maybe to meet with friends or take up a hobby once again, without worrying about their loved one at home.
The aim of our companion service is to provide clients with someone with the skills and expertise to be able to be a friendly and supportive presence in their home and assist them to maintain their independence.
We set up the business as a result of our own experience of trying to access services to help us support our elderly relatives to maintain independent living. While we could access personal care services, it was not easy to find a service whose focus was on promoting the mental wellbeing of our relatives and who had the staff with the knowledge, experience and ability to deliver such support. As such we offer:
A completely bespoke service tailored to your needs.
Trained professional and trustworthy staff.
Comprehensive range of services.
